warranty claims

If you have a problem with an InDepthCases product and wish to file a warranty claim you will need to fill out and submit our warranty assistance form (WAF)as below.

Our customer service team will upon receipt of your claim email you a Return Merchandise Authority Number (RMA #) and shipping information for validated claims.

Requesting a warranty claim does not guarantee warranty repair or replacement of your product.

Please note that your return will not be processed if you direct your package to Return to Sender, and it is sent to our dispatch warehouse or if your product is not clearly marked with the valid RMA #on the outside of your return package.

In no event will InDepthCases accept any shipment that is sent C.O.D.

If you have items missing from your shipment, received wrong items, or your package was damaged during transit, please email customer service at support@indepthcases.com within 48 hours of receipt or notice.
